This Privacy Policy explains how Elevate Mobile Group LLC ("Elevate Mobile Group," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our website, mobile applications, and related services.

This Privacy Policy applies to apps and services published by Elevate Mobile Group LLC, including Phone Cleaner - AI Cleaner, PDF Reader - PDF Editor, Flashlight: Flash Alert & LED, HD Camera - 4K Selfie Camera, 3D Battery Charging Animation, Control Center: Control Panel, All File Recovery: Photo Video, Call Recorder: Record Calls, ClearSign: Fill & Sign PDF, and other mobile apps we may publish.

Information we may collect

Depending on how you use our apps and services, we may collect app usage data, crash logs, diagnostics, device information, app performance data, purchase or subscription status, advertising identifiers where applicable, and information you provide when contacting support.

Some apps may request access to device features such as camera, microphone, photos, videos, media files, storage, notifications, battery status, charging status, flashlight, call-related permissions, contacts where required by app functionality, notification access, accessibility features, wallpaper settings, display-over-other-apps permission, or related device settings.

These permissions are used only to provide the app features you choose to use. You can manage app permissions through your device settings.

Documents, PDFs, photos, scans, images, signatures, videos, audio recordings, recovered files, charging animations, wallpapers, and other files are handled only when you choose to import, create, capture, record, edit, sign, save, process, recover, share, export, or delete them through the app. You control which files you use with our apps.

Documents, PDFs, files, and signatures

Apps such as ClearSign: Fill & Sign PDF and PDF Reader - PDF Editor may allow you to open, view, edit, sign, scan, convert, manage, save, share, or export documents, PDFs, images, and signatures.

We do not sell personal documents, PDFs, photos, scans, images, signatures, or files. Document-related features may be processed on your device or, when a feature requires it, through trusted service providers used to provide app functionality. We only process these files for the feature you choose to use.

Files stored locally on your device remain under your control unless you choose to share, export, upload, back up, or process them using an app feature or third-party service.

Cleaner, storage, cache, and file management apps

Apps such as Phone Cleaner - AI Cleaner may request access to storage, media files, installed apps information, cache-related information, duplicate files, large files, downloads, APK files, documents, images, videos, or other file categories to help you review, organize, clean, delete, or manage storage.

Cleaner and file management features are used to show storage information, identify files that may be reviewed or removed, help you find duplicate or large files, and support app functionality. We do not delete your files unless you choose to delete them through the app.

File names, file sizes, file types, thumbnails, or storage categories may be processed on your device or through trusted service providers only when needed to provide the feature you choose to use.

File recovery, photos, videos, and media recovery

Apps such as All File Recovery: Photo Video may scan device storage, media folders, caches, thumbnails, or recoverable file locations to help you find and restore photos, videos, audio files, documents, or other supported file types.

Recovered files are controlled by you. They may be stored locally on your device or saved to a selected folder or storage location. We do not sell recovered files, photos, videos, or documents.

Recovery results may vary depending on device storage, operating system limits, file availability, and whether deleted data has been overwritten.

Camera, photos, videos, and media

Apps such as HD Camera - 4K Selfie Camera may request access to your device camera, microphone, photos, videos, media files, or storage so you can take photos, record videos, preview images, edit media, apply filters or effects, save files, or share content.

Photos and videos captured or imported through the app are controlled by you. They may be stored locally on your device or saved to your selected gallery, folder, or storage location. We do not sell your photos or videos.

If an app includes editing, beauty, filter, camera effects, enhancement, or media tools, photos and videos may be processed on your device or through trusted service providers only when required for the feature you choose to use.

Battery, charging, wallpapers, and notifications

Apps such as 3D Battery Charging Animation may access battery level, charging status, device state, notification permission, wallpaper features, display-over-other-apps permission, or related device settings to show charging animations, charging screens, battery widgets, battery percentage, charging progress, full battery alerts, or live wallpaper features.

Battery and charging information is used to provide app functionality, such as detecting when your device is connected to power, showing charging progress, displaying battery percentage, and triggering full battery alerts where available.

Custom animations, wallpapers, images, or videos selected by you may be stored locally on your device or used inside the app to personalize your charging screen. We do not sell your custom charging media.

Flashlight, flash alerts, calls, SMS, and notifications

Apps such as Flashlight: Flash Alert & LED may request access to flashlight, camera flash, phone state, incoming call status, SMS or message-related permissions where allowed, notification access, selected app notifications, Do Not Disturb settings, or related device settings to provide flashlight, flash alerts, call alerts, message alerts, app notification alerts, SOS light, and custom flash patterns.

Flash alert features use device and notification signals to trigger the camera flash or flashlight according to your selected settings. We do not sell call, SMS, or notification information.

Availability of call, SMS, and notification features may depend on your device, Android version, permissions, manufacturer limits, and platform rules.

Control center, quick settings, overlay, and accessibility features

Apps such as Control Center: Control Panel may request permissions such as display-over-other-apps, notification access, accessibility service, system settings access, or related device permissions to provide quick settings, control panels, shortcuts, volume controls, brightness controls, screen recorder access, flashlight shortcuts, music controls, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth shortcuts, and other utility features.

Accessibility or overlay permissions, where used, are intended only to provide the app features you enable, such as opening a control panel gesture, showing floating controls, improving navigation, or providing shortcuts. We do not use accessibility features to collect passwords, payment details, private messages, or other sensitive content unrelated to app functionality.

You can disable these permissions at any time through your device settings.

Call recording, microphone, audio, and call features

Apps such as Call Recorder: Record Calls may request microphone, phone state, call-related permissions, contacts where required for identifying or organizing recordings, storage, notification, or related permissions to provide call recording, audio recording, recording management, playback, search, sharing, favorites, or backup features.

Call recordings and audio files are controlled by you. They may be stored locally on your device or in a location you choose, depending on the app features and your settings. We do not sell call recordings or audio files.

You are responsible for using call recording features in compliance with laws that apply to you, including any consent or notice requirements. Call recording availability may depend on your device, Android version, region, carrier, manufacturer restrictions, and platform rules.

How we use information

We use information to operate app features, provide customer support, improve app performance, diagnose crashes, manage purchases or subscriptions, prevent abuse, protect security, maintain our services, personalize app functionality where available, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

We may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, payment processing, app distribution, customer support, hosting, infrastructure, advertising, and security. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and our instructions where applicable.

Depending on the app, platform, region, and app version, third-party services may include Google Play services, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Apple in-app purchases, app store platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, crash reporting providers, advertising networks, cloud or infrastructure providers, and customer support tools.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform. We may receive limited purchase or subscription status information needed to provide access to paid features, manage entitlements, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

Advertising and analytics

Some of our apps may use analytics, diagnostics, or advertising-related services, depending on the app, platform, region, and version. These services may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, usage events, crash information, app interactions, and other technical data to support app functionality, performance measurement, analytics, or advertising where applicable.

You may be able to limit ad tracking, reset advertising identifiers, or manage ad personalization through your device settings or platform account settings.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate our apps, process purchases, provide analytics, crash reporting, customer support, hosting, infrastructure, advertising, security, or comply with legal requirements.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, government request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, our services, or Elevate Mobile Group LLC.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including app functionality, customer support, security, legal, accounting, and business requirements.

Locally stored files, photos, videos, documents, signatures, wallpapers, charging media, recovered files, audio files, and call recordings remain on your device until you delete them, uninstall the app, or manage them through your device storage or app features.

User rights and choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or other available privacy rights by contacting us at support@elevatemobilegroup.com.

You may request deletion of personal information associated with our apps by contacting us at support@elevatemobilegroup.com or by visiting our Delete Data page.

You can delete locally stored files from your device or within the app where available. You may also manage app permissions through your device settings, including permissions for camera, microphone, photos, videos, files, notifications, phone state, contacts, battery, wallpaper, display-over-other-apps, accessibility, or other device features.

Children's privacy

Our apps and services are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at support@elevatemobilegroup.com so we can review and delete the information where required.

International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website, apps, or services after an update means the updated Privacy Policy applies.
