Effective date: October 10, 2026

This policy applies to PDF Reader: PDF Editor, Viewer for Android (com.pdf.reader.viewer.office.document), published by Elevate Mobile Group LLC, and is part of our company-wide Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Elevate Mobile Group LLC ("Elevate Mobile Group," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We publish the apps listed in this policy on Google Play and the Apple App Store and operate elevatemobilegroup.com. For the purposes of data protection laws such as the GDPR and UK GDPR, Elevate Mobile Group LLC is the controller of personal information processed through our apps and website.

Privacy contact: support@elevatemobilegroup.com. General inquiries: contact@elevatemobilegroup.com.

2. Summary

  • Your files, photos, videos, documents, signatures, call recordings, contacts, notifications, and health logs are processed on your device. We do not upload them to our servers.
  • We do not require an account in any of our apps.
  • Ad-supported apps use advertising, analytics, and crash-reporting SDKs that collect device identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising may count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under US state laws, and you can opt out as described below.
  • You can request access or deletion at any time on our Delete Data page.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you email support, we receive your email address, your message, and any details or attachments you choose to send, such as your device model or a screenshot.

Information collected automatically by SDKs. Depending on the app, third-party SDKs may collect:

  • Device and online identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID, app set ID, Firebase installation ID, IP address, device model, operating system version, language, and mobile carrier
  • App interactions, such as app opens, screens viewed, features used, ad impressions, and ad clicks
  • Crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data
  • Approximate location (city or region level) inferred from your IP address. Our Android apps do not use GPS for advertising.

Content on your device. Some apps need access to content on your device to work, such as storage files, photos, documents, microphone audio, or notifications. This content is processed on your device to provide the feature you use. We do not upload it to our servers, and it is not used for advertising. App-specific details are listed in section 6.

Purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play or Apple. We never receive your full payment card details. We receive purchase or subscription status so we can unlock paid features and restore purchases.

4. Sensitive Android permissions

Some apps request permissions that Google Play treats as sensitive. They are only used for the user-facing features described below, are off until you grant them, and can be turned off in Android Settings at any time.

  • Accessibility service (Phone Cleaner – AI Cleanup App, optional Auto Assist; Control Center - iOS Style, optional system actions): used only to perform the actions you request, such as tapping Clear cache in Android Settings or opening Recent apps. It is not used to read, collect, or share screen content, passwords, messages, or personal data.
  • Usage access (Popup Ad Detector, Game Booster, Phone Cleaner): used on your device to detect which app is in the foreground or how apps are used. This information is not uploaded to us.
  • Notification access (Flash Alert, Control Center, Phone Cleaner): used to react to notifications from the apps you choose, show media controls, or mute notifications. Notification content is not stored on our servers.
  • Installed apps list (Popup Ad Detector, Phone Cleaner, Game Booster, Flash Alert): used on your device to show and manage your apps or let you choose apps for alerts.
  • All files access (Phone Cleaner, Photo Recovery, PDF Reader): used to find, open, recover, and manage files you choose.
  • Display over other apps (Control Center, Charging Animation, Game Booster): used to show the control panel, charging animation, or gaming HUD.
  • Phone, call, SMS, and microphone permissions (Call Recorder, Flash Alert): used to record calls you choose to record or blink the flash for incoming calls and messages.

7. Advertising and your choices

Ad-supported apps show ads from Google AdMob and partners that participate in ad mediation. These partners may use device identifiers and app interactions to show personalized or non-personalized ads, limit how often you see an ad, and detect fraud.

  • EEA, UK, and Switzerland: we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using a Google-certified consent management platform. You can change your choice from the app's privacy or settings menu where available.
  • Android: open Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads) to delete or reset your advertising ID.
  • iPhone and iPad: our iOS apps do not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
  • US states: to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sharing" of personal information, delete your advertising ID as described above or email support@elevatemobilegroup.com. We honor Global Privacy Control signals on our website.

  • Content on your device stays on your device until you delete it, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other US states with privacy laws have these rights under their state laws. You can also appeal our decision on your request by replying to our response.

To make a request, email support@elevatemobilegroup.com or follow the steps on our Delete Data page. We respond within 30 days (45 days where US state law allows), may need to verify your request, and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

13. Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support@elevatemobilegroup.com and we will delete it.

14. Health information (HistaScan)

Symptom, meal, medication, and reaction logs you enter in HistaScan are stored on your device. We do not use health information for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with data brokers. HistaScan is an educational tool and not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice.

15. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, require our service providers to protect information they process for us, and use encrypted HTTPS connections for our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

16. International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
