Terms of Use

Effective date: November 6, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the websites, apps, and services provided by Elevate Mobile Group LLC, including every app listed on our apps page. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using our apps or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps or website. For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded from.

Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the documents, photos, recordings, signatures, files, and other content you import, create, edit, store, recover, delete, export, or share with our apps. Keep backups of important files.

Phone Cleaner – AI Cleanup App

• Cleaning junk, clearing cache, and deleting files, including with the permanent delete feature, cannot always be undone. Review the selected items before you confirm and keep backups of important photos and files.
• Storage estimates and AI photo suggestions, such as blurry, similar, and screenshot groups, are suggestions only and may include photos you want to keep. You decide what is deleted.
• Compressed photos and videos are saved as new copies. Check each copy before you delete the original.
• Auto Assist uses Accessibility only to tap Clear cache for you. It is optional and you can turn it off in Android Settings at any time.
• Move files out of the private vault before you uninstall the app, clear its data, or reset your phone.

File Manager - File Explorer

• Deleted items go to the Recycle Bin first. Emptying the Recycle Bin or deleting permanently cannot be undone.
• Copying, moving, renaming, compressing, or extracting files can leave incomplete files if it is interrupted, for example when an SD card or USB drive is removed or a network connection drops. Keep backups of important files.
• Only open archives, APK files, and documents from sources you trust. You are responsible for files you download, extract, or install.
• SafeBox files are encrypted on your device. Remember your PIN, and move files out of SafeBox before you uninstall the app, clear its data, or reset your phone, because they may not be recoverable afterwards.
• Only connect to network drives, NAS, FTP, and SFTP servers that you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for the sign-in details you enter.
• Turn on remote access from a computer browser only on a Wi-Fi network you trust, and turn it off when you are done.

Gallery: Photos, Album & Vault

• Photos you delete stay in Recently Deleted, and vault items stay in the vault trash, for 30 days. After that, or when you empty them, they cannot be restored.
• Remember your vault PIN and keep your one-time recovery code and backup password safe. We never receive them and cannot reset them or open your vault for you.
• Hidden photos are stored only inside the app. Turn on the auto-backup folder or save a backup file before you uninstall the app, reset your phone, or switch phones.
• The decoy PIN and calculator icon make the vault harder to find. They are not a guarantee against someone who has full access to your unlocked phone.
• Duplicate and similar photo suggestions are for you to review. Removed items go to Recently Deleted first.

Game Booster: FPS & GFX Tool

• Performance depends on your device, the game, and your network. We do not guarantee higher frame rates, lower ping, or fewer lag spikes.
• Ping, temperature, RAM, and FPS readings are measurements from your device and public test servers and may differ from what a game server reports.
• Thermal warnings are tips, not a safety device. Stop playing and let your phone cool down if it becomes hot.
• Advanced mode with Shizuku is optional and only runs after you give consent. Some games and anti-cheat systems restrict third-party tools, so follow the rules of each game you play.

Popup Ad Detector: App Finder

• Risk details and live detection results are indicators, not proof. An app that is flagged may be safe, and the app may not find every source of popup ads.
• Hidden apps are not always harmful, and some system apps have no launcher icon. Review the details before you remove an app. Every uninstall uses Android's standard screen and is your decision.
• Popup Ad Detector is not antivirus software and does not remove malware by itself.

Photo Recovery: Restore Files

• Recovery results depend on your device, storage, and how long ago a file was deleted. Files that have been overwritten cannot be restored, and recovery is not guaranteed.
• Only recover files on devices you own or have permission to scan.
• The photo enhancer saves an improved copy. Results vary with the quality of the original photo.
• Files removed with the permanent delete feature cannot be recovered by this app or by us.

Control Center - iOS Style

• iOS is a trademark of Apple Inc. This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
• When you use the screen recorder, you are responsible for respecting other people's privacy and copyright, and for getting consent where the law requires it before recording audio or other people. Some apps block screen capture.
• Accessibility access is optional and used only to perform the Back, Recent apps, notification, and other panel actions you tap.
• Some controls, such as mobile data and airplane mode, may open Android Settings instead of switching directly, depending on your Android version and device.

PDF Reader: PDF Editor, Viewer

• We provide document viewing, editing, and signature tools, not legal advice. You are responsible for confirming whether an electronic signature is acceptable for your document and jurisdiction.
• Editing, annotating, and converting files can change their layout. Keep a copy of the original document.
• Office files are opened for reading, and conversion results depend on the source file.

Charging Animation: 3D Battery

• Battery health, temperature, voltage, and charging current come from your device's sensors. They may be estimates or unavailable on some devices.
• The full battery alarm and overheating warning are reminders, not a safety device. Use a certified charger and unplug your phone if it becomes hot.
• Only use photos you have the right to use when you create your own animation.
• Premium removes all ads. It is purchased through Google Play.

Flash Alert: Call & Flashlight

• Do not use the strobe or music strobe if you or anyone nearby is sensitive to flashing lights, including people with photosensitive epilepsy.
• Alerts depend on your phone's camera flash and background settings. Some brands stop background apps, so alerts can be missed. Do not rely on Flash Alert as your only way to notice urgent calls or messages.
• The SOS signal is a visual light only. It does not contact emergency services.
• Frequent flashing uses battery and can make the flash warm.

HD Camera – 4K & Live Photo

• Respect other people's privacy and follow local laws when you take photos or record video and sound, including getting consent where required.
• 4K recording, Live Photo, and some pro controls depend on your camera hardware and are not available on every device.
• Location tags are optional and saved in photo metadata. Turn them off or remove the location before sharing if you do not want to share where a photo was taken.
• Pro removes ads and unlocks every filter. It is purchased through Google Play.

Call Recorder – Auto Recording

• Call recording laws differ by country and state, and some require the consent of every participant. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws and for notifying or obtaining consent from the people you record.
• Recording may not be available on every device or Android version, and some devices record only your side of the call.
• Recordings are stored on your phone. Back up or share the recordings you want to keep before you uninstall the app, clear its data, or reset your phone.
• When you share a recording by email or another app, you are responsible for who receives it.

Ultimate Cleaner: AI Clean Up

• Nothing is deleted until you confirm in Apple's own dialog. Deleted photos and videos stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days, after which iOS removes them permanently.
• AI best-shot picks, duplicate groups, and screenshot categories are suggestions. Review them before you delete, because the app may suggest a photo you want to keep.
• A backup of the affected contact cards is saved on your iPhone before every merge or delete. Changes to contacts and calendars that sync with iCloud, Google, or Exchange also apply to those accounts.
• Only connect email accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. Messages are moved to Trash only when you confirm, and your email provider's Trash rules then apply. Unsubscribe opens the sender's own page, and we cannot guarantee that senders honor unsubscribe requests.
• The Secret Vault is stored only in the app on this iPhone. Deleting the app deletes the vault, so export anything you want to keep first.
• Compressed videos and converted Live Photos are saved as new files. Check them before you delete the originals.
• Deleting is always free. Pro, a subscription or lifetime purchase through the Apple App Store, removes ads and adds shortcuts such as Smart Clean, compression, and the Secret Vault.

ClearSign: PDF Scanner & Sign

• We provide document scanning, editing, and electronic signature tools, not legal advice. You are responsible for confirming whether an electronic signature is acceptable for your document and jurisdiction.
• Only scan, add, and use signatures, initials, and stamps that belong to you or that you are authorized to use.
• Check scanned and edited documents before you send them. Paid features are purchased through the Apple App Store.

GlanceNote: Lock Screen Notes

• Anything on your Lock Screen, in a Live Activity, or in the Dynamic Island can be seen by anyone who can see your iPhone or iPad, even while it is locked. Do not pin passwords or other private information.
• Reminders and scheduled notes rely on iOS notifications. Keep notifications on for GlanceNote, and do not rely on it as your only reminder for medication, appointments, or anything critical.
• AI suggestions, shortened notes, and detected dates can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them.
• Notes are stored only on your device. Export a JSON backup before you delete the app or reset your device. Backups do not include sketches and images.
• Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription or a lifetime purchase through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

HistaScan Food Scanner & Diary

• HistaScan is an educational tool and not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Food ratings, AI meal analysis, and product data from Open Food Facts may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always check the product label yourself.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider, and seek emergency care for severe reactions.
• Premium is a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.

Block Magic (Android game)

• Coins, rewards, chests, and other in-game items are virtual. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and can only be used inside the game.
• Coin packs are purchased through Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy, except where the law of your country gives you other rights.
• Your progress, coins, and settings are saved only on your device. Uninstalling the game, clearing its data, or changing phones deletes them, and we cannot restore them, including coins you bought.
• Reward videos are optional. Rewards are given only when a video finishes, and ads may not always be available.
• Do not cheat, modify the game, or use tools to change coins, scores, or progress. We may change levels, rewards, prices, and features in updates.
• Block Magic is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. Parents can turn off purchases in Google Play settings.

Subscriptions and in-app purchases

Some features require a subscription or in-app purchase processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store according to their refund policies.

Advertising

Free versions of some apps display ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.

Prohibited use

You may not use our apps to violate laws or the rights of others, record people unlawfully, misrepresent authorization, distribute harmful content, reverse engineer the apps except where law allows, interfere with our services, or attempt unauthorized access.

Disclaimer

Our apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Mobile Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of our apps or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with an updated effective date.
