Delete your data

This page explains how to delete data for any app published by Elevate Mobile Group LLC on Google Play or the Apple App Store. None of our apps require an account, so most data lives only on your device.

Request deletion by email

Email support@elevatemobilegroup.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We confirm receipt within 7 days and complete requests within 30 days.

The app name and platform (Android or iOS)
The email address you used to contact us, if any
Your country or US state
Optional: your advertising ID or Firebase installation ID, so we can ask our analytics providers to delete data linked to it

Data we delete

Support emails and attachments you sent us
Analytics and crash data linked to the identifiers you provide, deleted through our providers' deletion tools
Any other personal information we hold about you

Data we may keep

Purchase records required by tax and accounting law, kept for up to 7 years
A record that we completed your request, kept for up to 24 months
Aggregated or de-identified statistics that cannot identify you

Delete data on your device right now

Delete files, recordings, or logs inside the app, or
On Android, open Settings > Apps > [app name] > Storage > Clear data, or uninstall the app
On iPhone or iPad, delete the app from the Home Screen
To reset advertising data on Android, open Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID

Game Booster: FPS & GFX Tool Android	Your game list, per-game settings, HUD readings, and session reports are stored on your device.
Popup Ad Detector: App Finder Android	Your installed-app list, permission review, popup-detection history, and trusted-app list are analyzed and stored on your device only.
Photo Recovery: Restore Files Android	Scanning, previews, enhancement, restores, deleted message recovery, and permanent deletion run on your device.
Control Center - iOS Style Android	Your panel layout, colors, and settings are stored on your device.
PDF Reader: PDF Editor, Viewer Android	Documents are opened, edited, signed, and converted on your device.
Charging Animation: 3D Battery Android	Battery level, health, temperature, and charging history are read from Android and stored on your device.
Flash Alert: Call & Flashlight Android	Incoming calls, SMS, and app notifications are only used as triggers to blink the flash.
HD Camera – 4K & Live Photo Android	Photos and videos are captured, edited, and saved on your device.
Call Recorder – Auto Recording Android	Call recordings, voice recordings, and the contact names attached to them are stored on your device.
Ultimate Cleaner: AI Clean Up iPhone	Photos, videos, contacts, calendars, email headers, and the Secret Vault are processed and stored on your iPhone and are never uploaded to us or given to the ad SDK.
ClearSign: PDF Scanner & Sign iPhone & iPad	Scans, documents, and signatures are processed and stored on your device.
