Delete Data Request

Users can request deletion of app-related data by contacting support@elevatemobilegroup.com or contact@elevatemobilegroup.com.

What to include

• App name
• Platform: iOS or Android
• Email used, if any
• Country
• Description of request

Local files and third-party services

If the app stores files only locally on your device, you can delete documents directly inside the app or uninstall the app to remove local app data. If any data is processed by third-party services, we will assist with deletion requests where possible.
