Privacy Policy for Block Magic
Effective date: November 6, 2026
This policy explains what information the game Block Magic (Android package com.blockmagic.puzzle.jewels) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The game is published by Elevate Mobile Group LLC ("we", "us").
In short:
- There are no accounts. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or contacts.
- Your progress, scores, coins and settings are saved only on your device.
- The game shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob collects some device and usage data, described below.
- Purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details.
1. Information stored on your device
The game saves your progress on your device so you can carry on where you left off. This includes:
- Adventure levels, stars and chests
- High scores, player level and XP, and a game in progress
- Coins, daily challenge streaks and daily rewards
- Settings such as sound, vibration, language and block style
This information is not sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data in your device settings, deletes it.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free to play and shows ads: full-screen ads between games, and optional reward videos you choose to watch (for example, for new pieces or to keep playing). The ads come from Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK in the game collects and shares the following data with Google:
| Data | What it is | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Approximate location | Your device's IP address, which may be used to estimate your general location | Advertising, analytics, fraud prevention |
| Device identifiers | The Android advertising ID and app set ID | Advertising, analytics, fraud prevention |
| App interactions | App launches, ad taps and video views | Advertising, analytics |
| Diagnostics | Performance information such as app launch time, hang rate and energy use | Analytics |
This data is sent encrypted (TLS). It goes to Google, not to us. We only see overall reports in AdMob, such as how many ads were shown. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Your choices about ads
- Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): when the game first starts, Google's consent form asks whether ads may use your data. You can change your choice at any time with the PRIVACY button at the bottom of the game's Settings screen.
- Advertising ID: on Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (usually Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads). After that, ads can no longer be personalized using that ID.
- Playing without ads data: the game itself works offline. With no internet connection, no ads load and no ads data is sent.
4. In-app purchases
You can buy coin packs in the game. Payments are processed by Google Play under the Google Privacy Policy. We never receive your card or bank details. The game only learns which coin pack was bought, so it can add the coins on your device.
5. Children
Block Magic is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.
6. Data retention and deletion
We do not keep any of your data on our own servers. Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Data collected by Google for ads is kept and deleted under Google's policies; you can also reset or delete your advertising ID at any time (see section 3).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to its use (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California). Because we do not hold personal data about you, most requests are best handled with the controls in section 3 or by Google. We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with Google to show personalized ads may count as "sharing" under California law; you can stop it by deleting your advertising ID or, in the EEA/UK, by withdrawing consent. You can always contact us with questions.
8. Security
Ads data is sent over encrypted connections. Game data is kept in the game's private storage on your device, which other apps cannot read.
9. Changes to this policy
If the game starts collecting different data (for example, a new ad partner), we will update this page and the effective date above.
