Select your app

Each app page includes features, permissions, and answers to common questions.

What to include

App name and app version
Device model and operating-system version
Country or region
A clear description of what happened and what you expected
A screenshot or screen recording, when it does not contain sensitive information

Protect your information: Do not email passwords, complete payment-card numbers, authentication codes, or private documents.

Purchases and subscriptions

Google Play and Apple App Store purchases are billed and managed by the store you used. To cancel a subscription, open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions, or iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by the store under its refund policy.

Permissions and device compatibility

Some features depend on your device, operating-system version, regional rules, and the permissions you grant. Each app page explains its permissions. Tell us which feature is affected and whether the permission is enabled.

Privacy and data requests

Read our Privacy Policy. To delete data, follow the steps on our Delete Data page.
